I have used an "i.Trek M5" gps for 1 year on a Vaio computer with Windows XP (home) with no problems. Recently, I started getting this error message. I tried to reinstall the software. First I got an error message that "ActiveSync" was not installed. Eventhough, it was present in Program Files, I reinstalled it. Then I got other error messages that said the the file GPSview.arm920 couldn't be copied, but it was present on the computer.I also have an Acer Aspire One computer, and I get the same error messages. Both computers have a working Bluetooth installed. How do I get the USB device to be recognized?
