The value of the USD has fallen sharply over the most recent quarter, even in days when the USD gains in relation to the Euro or the British Pound, it still looses versus the Peso. we started they year with 10.70 to 10.80 MSN to 1 USD. Now we are standing at 9.80 MXN to 1 USD. Anybody whou would seriously give me their opinions as to why this is happening?

I have heard that, for the first time in decades the mexican economy seems to be startring to be more independent of the US economic upheavals, and as a result even though we are seeing it tuff, they are actually slowlly but steadilly growing. Could this benefits us (the US) in the long run and in our relationships with Mexico?

Thanks to all.
