Hi!

Im putting together a package for my boyfriends birthday and I was thinking about sending some pajama pants of his favorite team. Can they wear pajama pants to bed in the barracks if they arent government issued? for example.... a football team pair of pajama pants?

Any help will be great thanks so much!

  2. yes ma'am he most defintaely can. hes at his active duty station now. hes no longer in basic training. they are allowed to wear civilians as long as they are not on duty. if you need any more idea email me. got a husband in the US army. im in the army too. good luck =]

  3. It depends on whether he has a bedroom to himself or not. If any other Marine saw him in pajama pants or even knew your b/f wore them, your b/f would be laughed at and teased until he is discharged from the military. Please send him something else.

The military does not issue pajamas. Everyone wears their T-shirt and shorts to bed. When I was in the Air Force, we had to wear plain white boxer shorts.

Your b/f is lucky to have you.
