USPS Delivery Question?

Ordered a board game from amazon, says shipment method is usps, does the mailman deliver it in his truck? i wouldnt think he would carry it with him. Can it come at any time after the day or only when the mailman comes? im expecting it any day now.. and how do they deliver the bigger packages? thanks

It will be delivered to you at the location where you usually get your mail along with any other mail addressed to you.

If nobody is home, and the Carrier determines that it is not safe to leave the package, you will get a notice in your box to pick your package up at the Post Office service your area.

If it was mailed with a tracking number, check it online.
