I had a package sent via USPS EXPRESS Mail from the East coast to the west(where I live) on Thursday. I also had a package sent via USPS Priority on Tuesday. It's Sunday now & I haven't received either packages yet. I've been calling the past two days about it & they keep saying that'll it'll be there the next day, but nothing has happened.

Also, yesterday I was waiting outside in the living for my packages from 10-1pm & they usually get here from 11am-1pm & didn't receive anything. I called later around 2 & customer service said that they came around 11:20pm but no one was home. I don't even remember hearing anyone knock & I even went outside & my mail box to check for the "we missed you" slip, but I didn't see anything! Then costumer service said to wait from 3-7pm. I did & still received nothing. Called again & they said it should be there tommorow(Sunday) from 10-11am. It's not 12:30pm & I have yet to receive anything.

Can anyone relate or explain why? I am infuriated & confused

  1. Well priority mail usually delivers in 2-3 days AFTER it's processed at the plant. You've got to take into consideration them having to package it up and send it out and they make sure they have payment confirmation. The USPS doesn't run on Sundays so you should get both of your packages tomorrow. If not, I would wait another day and then start demanding something be done to put a rush on it.
