USPS FLAT RATE ENVELOPE LOST MAIL $450 IPHONE IN IT?

Question

Hi usps,picked the item on Aug7,2008 and on Aug 8,2008,it stuck in NJ,till now it is in NJ.It like 14 days.But I have delivery confirmation number with signature confirmation.Still that guy didn't recieve it.

it was going to PA (Camp Cayuga).I am contact with usps.Today they send me message of 8/13/2008 that they regret to inform me that they unable to locate it.

What I suppose to do now???

IF you insured your package, you can file an insurance claim with the USPS and recieve a refund for the insured amount.

If you did not insure the package, there is nothing you can do except  hope that the package is found and delivered
