How much cost mail or ship to philippines?

I try USPS.com and enter my zipcode US and I enter preason zipcode philippines but never show me it said The Destination ZIP Code you have entered is invalid who I send TO

Phillipines only have 4 numbers for their zip codes. You will have to call USPS or actually physically go by USPS and schedule an International Shipping to ship this package.

I think it does not require ZIPCODE when you are sending it overseas.
