USPS lose my shipment?

I bought an item on ebay through Paypal and received a tracking number. The notification hasn't changed and still says that it just received electronic shipping info. The seller says they shipped it and it's been more than a week already.

If I don't get my package will I be able to get my money back?

I don't think it shipped if it only says they received the electronic info.  If it had been shipped, it would say that.  To be sure, you can check the USPS website and/or call them about it.  I don't see how the seller can say it shipped when that is not what the tracking info shows.

If you don't get the package, you will have to do a dispute and get your money back.
