I sent an express mail and for the receiver, to receive it, they need your signature..

so what if no one was home when the delivery man comes?

whats going to happen to my mail?

will they deliver it again the next day or the receiver has to now pick it up in the facility?

  1. The UPS man will leave a little note on their door saying they have a package waiting for them at the post office. They have to go get it...very annoying.

  2. they will try for 3 days but you can go down to ups and pick it up there thats what i do

  3. They will usually put a notice on the recipient's door or mailbox indicating they tried to deliver a package.  That will have a tracking number that the person can go to the post office to pick it up, or they will attempt delivery again the next business day.

    Hope that helps!

  4. Yes, they will leave a card and try again the next day or the card will ask them to pick it up at the post office
