USPS numbers vs. the Scott number?

I am looking for a cross reference list that matches the USPS number(in their cataloge) with the Scott number that is assigned to that USPS number. Is ther such a list?

The best place I know is Linn's Stamp News. If you don;t subscribe you should. Linn's is now available both printed and on-line at no additional cost for the on-line. What I have done for myself is to take the info in Linn's and out it in a spreadsheet so I can keep track of what I need and what I have new issues. As far as I know Scott has only assigned numbers this year up to the Tropical Fruit Coil Stamps Scott 4258-4262 USPS # 786340
