USTA junior tournament levels?

Question

what are the differences between the different types of tournaments and levels? for example this tournament here (http://tennislink.usta.com/tournaments/tournamenthome/tournament.aspx?T=65799 ) says challenger level 6. i've also heard of novice, how do they rank from least to most skilled?

Novice, Challenger, Open, Championship, Excellence, Sectional Championship, Regional Tournaments. I am Part of the USTA also.

if your a junior, it goes like this. you play by your age group 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18. then there is different levels for your age group. regular, championship, and super-championship
