Question:

UTI in 2 yo boy?

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced a Urinary Tract Infection in a toddler boy. As a young child I had chronic UTI's, but I know they are much more common in girls. My son (3 in Sept) is fully potty trained, day and night. Yesterday evening when he was peeing, he told me his p***s hurt. Last night, during the night, he had an accident, which is very uncommon for him.

I have an appointment to take him in, but I am just wondering if this would be typical symptoms for a boy?
