  1. you usually have a terrible pain in your lower back where your kidneys are, and it burns terribly when you try to urinate. that's the only symptoms i ever had, oh, and if the infection is left untreated, you will start to urinate blood.

  2. Yeah most likely thats what its from. Your doctors would know best but that is what my sister experience...although she is convinced she had an ovarian syst

  3. Yes, urinary tract infections can be the cause of your pelvic pain.  However, you should have a culture done of the urine, especially if the antibiotics do not make you start feeling better in three to five days.  Drink a lot of water to flush the bladder.  UTIs are normal for women, especially at the the beginning of puberty (when they start their period), when one becomes sexually active, has children, and reaches menopause.  It is not unusual for a woman to have two to three infections a year.  Stay away from things that irritate the bladder too:  alcohol, caffeinated and carbonated beverages, and spicy foods.  Good luck.

  4. It is most likely the UTI.  If after you've finished the antibiotics you are still having problems with pain go back to your doctor as it could be a cyst, PID, something like that.

Cranberry Juice helps UTI's and helps prevent them too.  Drink lots.
