UTI or something else?

Starting a week ago, I began having intense abdominal cramping. Sort of like a bad menstrual period. I have been nauseated and light headed. Two days after the cramping began, all of a sudden I felt like I had a urinary tract infection. I felt like I had to use the bathroom right then but when I tried I would only get a few drops of urine and the pain so was intense. I was up that night until 5 in the morning because it felt like I was about to pee on myself but I would try to pee and I could barely get anything out. Then, the same night, I began to notice some light blood drops in my urine and what looked like very small pieces of bloody tissue and lots of burning. I would only get these when I had small but sudden bursts of urine come out. Now, two days later, I have some cramping but it's not constant. There is more pain at the end of urinating. Then, the blood drops come and occasionally the small pieces of tissue. Is this a Urinary Tract Infection? My mom told me to go to the hospital because of the stuff I think is tissue and the blood but I haven't since I'm not in pain that much anymore.
