UTorrent Causes High Ping Time,Why?

hi everybody

i'm using Utorrent client

and i did open a port in the router

and when i'm trying to open UTorrent

and Start any Task

The Ping Time Begin To Increase Till It Give Me

Request Timed Out For The DNS And For The Gateway?

I Want To Know Why?

and how to handle that problem?

You're trying to use more bandwidth than you have.  Set upload and download limits for all days, all times.  Start at around 16kbps.  Keep increasing the limit until you have a problem, then set it back to the last values that didn't cause a problem.
