UTorrent preferences?

Question

What would I have to adjust if I have many peers but not many sending me data? I've not yet reached my max download rate so I figure it must be some setting in my peer to peer client: uTorrent.

Usually this is because your computer cannot accept incoming connections.  Check your uTorrent preferences for a port number, then setup your router to forward to your IP.  Also double check that your Windows Firewall is set to allow traffic on that port.
