UTorrent settings to it's maximum downloading capability?

I'm currently using utorrent and i want to know the settings to increase it's downloading performance.

Its not utorrent's fault, you need to get a better internet connection or get a better tracker.and seed

You can adjust some settings in uTorrent to get it running faster.  The most important is capping upload at 80% of your internett connection's upload capacity.
