So I wear glasses. And I want to know. Which is more harmful to your eyes.

Squinting...but wearing sunglasses to block out the UV rays of the sun. (prescription sunglasses are out of the question)

or....

Just wearing your glasses...not squinting...but your eyes are vulnerable to UV rays.

  1. You might have UV protection in your regular glasses. It is not limited to sunglasses.  As for squinting and not wearing sunglasses, don't you squint from the sun anyway?

Whether you wear your glasses or not doesn't have a longterm benefit. So do whatever you are comfortable with. Maybe you could get a clip for your glasses or a pair of sunglasses that would fit over your regular ones.

  2. UV is bad for your eyes. Get uv protection on any type of eyelgass.
