Uae employment visa application cancellation?

my company has applied for the employment visa application, i donot want go, but they are not willing to with draw the application. how long does it take for the employment visa application to be canceled? how much money they charge for the employment visa application.

does any company can apply for the labour card before my entry in uae?

i want to join to another company for the jod, pease suggest me!!!!!!

i have residence visa sponsored from my company in dubai however certain domestic issues pop up and i return to the homeland my question is wether i can work with other company in dubai now iam out of country for the one year i was working with the company for 9months

there is a company applied employment visa application and i have received the pink copy. As rules i have to out of dubai for the visa change but i received the mail, they do not want me go back. so can i applied new visa  or i still can use this pink visa arrive dubai airport (visa valid until 20 Jun 2009) if not where to check the state.
