Can't get the sound to work on Ubuntu, I tried everything I know, pls help me!!!

After install Ubuntu I can't listen anything.
I changed the options in "Sound Preferences" (without understanding
what I was doing) and then I realized I had the pc speaker out in
"Volume Control". I changed this but I still can't listen nothing.
I did this
http://www.fixya.com/support/t850063-ubuntu_sound_problem
but still nothing.
I also followed thishttps://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshooting?action=show&redirect=DebuggingSoundProblems#If%20All%20Else%20Fails...but only step 1 and 6 (alsamixer)
I have a labtop ASUS X52S and I received this feedback
