It seems to me that with competition rising for the UFC they realize they can no longer throw one good fight on a card with a bunch of bad ones. Now it seems after 87 a lot of heavy stacking will be going on, at 88 you got Liddell Franklin and Henderson all fighting, and at 89 you got Bisping, Leben,Machida,Thiago Silva,Sokoudjou ,Jardine, and Vera not to mention the preliminary has a ton of good fights. Then at 90 you got Silva fighting Cote which is going to end quick as **** But still you get to see Silva dominate, then you also get Sanchez vs Alves thats a great match up.By the way 89 is free on Spike Tv and I think it is to counter Affliction which I believe is on the same date and will have Fedor vs Arlovski(I think Arlovski has a shot at beating him but thats another story.).Either way as any MMA fan is concerned, with new promotions coming out and counter programming tactics going on we can expect a lot more good matches then we used to be able to expect.

  1. UFC for free is good for me.  And ever since this counter program s*** from Dana I'm likely to only purchase the competition.  Stacked cards and free cards are a bonus for sure.

  2. yeah, dana white is a business genius but a real life prick, affliction has some awesome fights and thats where its at for the heavyweights, but he's fu*king them out of fans.

anyhow, if you're worried about actually good matches, man look at it this way, there is a never ending supply of amateur fighters seeking to go pro, and the best get to ufc or ifl or pride, what have you, in time, and since it's a growing sport more and more people are gonna wanna jump in, as competition gets fierce, the best arise and you have a brand new class of warrior

  3. Those cards are dogsh*t. DREAM® is putting on good cards. Affliction® is putting on good cards. h**l, even EliteXC® is putting on outstanding events where nearly every fight is competitive and decided in the cage and not by uneducated judges. UFC® is not stacking any cards. Come back to reality.
