If you want to watch real fightiing and real submissions and knockout watch the UFC, but if you just wanna hang out and have fun for a few hours watch WWE everyone knows its fake but its just entertainment.

If you are going to watch WWE your better off just watching soap operas because thats basically what it is. They are all actors

If your 8 - 14 years old... WWE is acceptable.

If your 14 - 20 years old... MMA and WWE are both acceptable.

If your 20 - ? years old... MMA is your only choice!

WWE cause it's more entertaining and because they take more in ring action as apposed to ufc where they fight once a week or once a month , the WWE guys don't get vacation and there job is way more harder than the ufc since ufc is real .

UFC definately, if your looking for big steroid freaks beating each other over the head with chairs and fighting like drunks then I would suggest WWE. WWE is completely fake and there's no comparison. I am big into MMA and I have been doing and watching it for a long time now and one night I decided to watch WWE to see what it was all about. It was brock lesnar vs the undertaker I believe, anyways I couldn't believe my eyes when they started fighting. They were so slow and everything looked so phony. The white belts in BJJ are better than these fighters!! UFC ALL THE WAY!!
