okay i saw this show on tv and ths ufc fighter lost 20 pounds in one day no joke!!!! my question is how the **** do they do this?

  1. its all water weight. They are literaly swetting off their water weight. Wrestlers invented this practice to make weight. This is not a safe way to make weight because you are dehydrating your body. These guys will spit, swet, and do anything to lose water out of their bodys. Not safe at all.


  2. Yeah it's pretty insane but it's possible. As you see it's not effective cause he loss due to having no energy.

    It's the sweat factor. He most likely wore a sauna suit all day and ran on the elliptical trainer as well as go in and out of the sauna all day without eating anything and drinking slim amounts of water. Guys tend to loose weight faster than woman so it's easier for us to sweat out the water weight. Only problem is the backlash against your body cause you damage your body permanently as well as gain the weight back faster.

    Try it yourself if you like. It's rough but if you have the equipment you can do it. Start off the morning with a sauna suit on or lots of clothes. Then go jogging or use a elliptical for 30-45 mins. The hit a sauna or if you don't have a sauna grab a portable heater and carry it in the bathroom. Turn the shower water on as hot as it can get then plug the tub. Then plug in the heater somewhere safe and turn to high. With the steam from the shower and the heat from the heater you just made a sauna. You can either just sit in their or workout in their. Then take a break and repeat the whole process 2-3 times and see how much weight you loose. You loose more weight if you don't eat but you will be weaker.
