Ugh!!! Ahhhhh!!! Why is this happening??

I changed my freakin' picture, into something else, it know has this same one know!! Why won't it change! I think it's not going through, or there's a glitch, all I want is to have another pic on here, and it won't put it up!! I hate this freakin' thing! I'm sorry, will it work eventually?
