Ugh! When should I get h?

Ok, I'm not sure when I should get highlights-

I want to get them for back to school, but then I was thinking should I get them for my bday? its in december.

Which would be a better time to surprise my friends, and everyone at school , with a new do.

How much do highlights cost? it would only be a little bit of thm not like my whole head hehe.

get them at ur bday becuz just in case they look bad ppl will remember wat u looked like before

The prices will be different depending on the stylist; I think about $50 and up. I would get them before I went back to school.
