I feel like theres supposed to be one more digit after the '314" is there? He said dial 07 for england but I thought you dial 44 for the UK....UGH wtf I just wanna know how to freakin call my friend lol, he isn't on for me to figure it out...and I'm asking this at a bad time cuz it's like 3:30 in the morning for UK people lol...

  1. This number is indeed missing one digit as all UK numbers are 10 digit. However, the missing digit is likely at the front of the number because no regular number starts with 9 (fixed numbers start with either 1 or 2 and cell numbers start with 7). So, since your friend did mention 7 I would add that at the front on the number. I have no idea why your friend would have given you a number that's missing one digit though.

  2. 011 44 then the number....you need the city code!

20 is the local area or city code used to dial to London.
