Ugh help please ! my best friend?!?

i totally threw our friendship away just because of what some girl told me that my friend said. she was lying though. this girl (jackie) was my best friend ever. and i miss her so much. i know that just saying sorry to her isn't going to do anything. she will accept it but she will never know how truly sorry i am. so i'm gonna write her like a long letter and then get her a present but i don't know what to get her. any ideas? we're both girls btw.

Give her something which means a lot to you, to show that you truly are sorry. It may make her realize how deeply you regret throwing away the friendship because of something someone else lied about. Next time, if people tell you things about your best friend, go to her first before believing the rumors.

An apologize is the best present for this situation. I think :-D dont matter what she'll do, just ask for her apology. Oh,maybe plus a diary book, it would be good too. Use the book for the two of u. For example, u write it on monday nite about what happened the whole monday. In tuesday morning,find ur bff n give it to her n ask her to write the whole ocassion happened to her on tuesday. The book should be in ur hand by wednesday, her hand on thursday n so on. U guys may write ur complains to other on it. That would be super cool!

hmm. i would probably get her something, from an inside joke. if you have any. i actually did that one time. i had gotten in a big fight with my friend, and when i reallized how stupid it was, i decided to apologize. i ended up getting her a stuffed animal that was part of an old inside joke. the joke was from like sixth grade, so neither of us had really thoguht about it for a while. the second i gave it to her, her face lit up, and we both started laughing.
