♥ okay so i have lyk NO belly fat or at least not alot so i'm not worried about that but it verses my butt and thigh makes me look llyk a pig is there a healthy way to get rid of butt and thigh fat??? please help me ♥

  4. It is probably genetic.  but there are ways that you and tone those problem areas.  Lunges are a great way to tighten and tone the thighs and butt area.  Also walking backwards uses the muscles in a different way therefore you get the benefit of tone tight muscles.
