problemooo;

i've been sending multimedia messages on my phone, and like my mom got mad because they cost 25 cents a message, so she got unlimited texting for us.

usually when someone texts me regularly, i nevvverrr get it. i can't send them either, thats why i used mms (multimedia message). but for regular text messages, it SAYS I SENT THE MESSAGE! but the person doesn't get it.

like i said usually i don't get them either, but like a couple times, my friend texted me and i got it but it said it was from 1-000-000-000.! and the message said his phone number. :/

so that was all BEFORE my mom bought texting.

she bought it today.

it STILL DOESN'T WORK.!

they said it is valid immediately, sooo we should be able to use it now.

does anyone know what i could do without calling customer service?

and if i DO end up having to call, do you think they'd be able to get it to work without me buying a new phone? :/

thankssssssss. any help is appreciatedddd!

  1. "samsung sgh-c417"

    HEY That's my phone!

    Ok, since this sounds like the phone is really not working for you, heres what you do, just go ahead and call customer service and explain what's wrong, actually try to email them first and tell them the problem and then, if all else fails, try calling them.

  2. well that sux

  3. maybe internet access is blocked off of your bill.

    Call customer service and ask them if internet is blocked off your bill. IF it is, this is the problem. Without internet, then the texting won't send. Texting and PIX messagining runs through the internet.

    Does anyone else in your family have this problem? if not, your phone is defective. Is it less than a year old? if so, they'll replace your phone for you for free

    There is no way that you can fix this problem yourself. The most you can do is a battery pull and see if it works. Good luck!
