Ughh, why will he talk to everyone else except me!!?

he will seriously talk to EVERYONE in our grade but its like with me all he does is stare at me and some days he wont even look at me or he'll do it from the corner of his eyes..i dont understand does he think i'm weird or something??? why wont he talk to me but talk to everyone else? i mean like all he ever does is stare at me but never talk to me like if i was talking to someone he'd look at me if the teacher asked me a question he'd look at me, if i was to leave he'd look at me.. if i walk by he looks at me. what the heckkk? i dont get this guy! and its not like he's shy either he is a popular guy he is friends with basically everyone in our grade..EXCEPT ME..why?
