Ughh. what do you think i have?

Okay so I got my wisdom teeth out about 5 weeks ago. Ever since the surgery, I haven't been able to open my mouth all the way. It's like my jaw is locked shut. Anyways, I was doing my nightly brushing routine and i discovered a smallish hole in the back of my mouth in my gum. It looks like it goes all the way down to my jaw bone. My jaw continues to have severe pain and locking. What do you think is wrong? Can anyone send me a site that might give me more information? HELP!

You need to go back to the dr and have it seen to, this lock jaw should not happen so long afterwards
