i really wanna know how to make Proper outfits. My sister like no matter where we go she's always dressed so nicely i TRY to look as good but ususally DONT. It bugs me that some people just know what to wear all the time & they look great & some people just dont! :( are there any tips or rules to always looking good. ..

look at fashion magazine for ideas on what is nice but clothing is more about expressing your personality you dont have to dress like somebody else. but you can get basic pieces that you can put together to make outfits.  try to find pieces that you feel completely confident in
