Ugly Brown Fish, big head caught in Florida brackish water, what is it?

You haven't really given us enough information to be sure what your mystery fish is, but based on:

big head

brackish water

small teeth

strong jaw

grunts

I am going to guess it's some species of toadfish. Be careful handling this fish as some species have venomous spines.

Just in case it is a toadfish, don't put this fish in a tank with any other animals you want to keep alive. They eat just about anything.
