Question

I found a baby picture of me after the day I was born and the baby picture of me looked really ugly the skin was all wrinkled and the head was fat. But when I saw the picture about a few months after my birth I looked normal with a fatless head and no wrinkles. Do all babies look wrinkled and fat after they are born?
