when you ask a question you lose points..  when you vote for a best answer you get 3 back :)

You need to get use to this, first you put this question under food drink ethnic cuisine so make sure it's in the right category, 2 points for an answer 5 points to ask a question 10 points for best answer, points can also come off for a violation of rules.
