Uh oh. First period? D:?

Ok I woke up this morning went to the bathroom like usual, but in my underwear there was brown gooey discharge, is this like a warning sign or my period? gross i know, sorry

Hmm. I believe it is, it depends on what you mean by &#039;brown&#039;. If it&#039;s sort of brick colored, it&#039;s your period. Congratualations xD.

yes  u will get ur period. like later on the next day or in a week or two wear panty liners not pads yet the brown gooey stuff will come out more and more &lt;3 thnxs again :D

Yeah, that&#039;s totally normal, when your period first starts out it&#039;s gonna be really irregular, and as for the browness, that&#039;s just because the blood is a little old, and your body is cleaning it out. It&#039;ll become more regular in 1-3 years.

Discharge is not suposed to be brown, it should be white or a clear color. You could have an infection. Go to the doctor or wash your area every day and eat yogurt. But dischage is a sign of your period. You could probably get your period in about 3 or 4 months.

Yup you just got your very first period ....for some it is brown at first ....others it is pinkish ...but after a while it gets red ...so congrats your now a woman .

Yes, you may want to wear panty liners for the next couple of days. Just to be safe you should keep some pads/tampons in your purse. Your period should be with you very soon. Hope I helped!
