Is there anyway to stop outgoing calls to mobile phones from a BT Landline?

If you subscribe to BT's Call Barring service, you can enter a code to selectively bar calls to certain types of number, with a PIN needed to change the selection.

Unfortunately, barring calls specifically to just mobile phones isn't one of the available options.   You would have to bar other calls at the same time.
