Uk...Medical School...is High School Physics an admission requirement?

I am doing International baccalaureate and as part of the program I am allowed to take only two natural sciences. I have taken Biology and Chemistry. But, in most of the medical schools around the world, Physics is a requirement. Is that true for the UK universities too?

Please someone can answer who has been in a similar situation or know anything about this stuff.
