i am aware you can do the vwp if you have no convictions this a family hol to orlando dec09 but1st my husband to be(37yrs)has a conviction for armed robbery 20yrs ago and did go to prison he was 17 what are the chances of him being granted a visa also ive heard it could be referred to the homeland secruity who make the decision is this true and how long does that take and will he be granted or will he be turned down.as this our wedding(not disney) we would love a rough idea how we stand.2nd my stupid son(16yrs) just gone and got a referrall order for small bladed article and affray the referall order will be over by time of visit.what really are the chances of him being granted a visa as again i want my son there to walk me down the aisle.3rd my passport will have to be renewed next yr before travel dec09 do you need a visa for 09 new passports i have no convictions.it just going to be a family holiday for 14nts what type of questions in interview will be asked as my son nervous.
