i am aware you can do the vwp if you have no convictions this a family hol to orlando dec09 but

1st my husband to be(37yrs)has a conviction for armed robbery 20yrs ago and did go to prison he was 17 what are the chances of him being granted a visa also ive heard it could be referred to the homeland secruity who make the decision is this true and how long does that take and will he be granted or will he be turned down.as this our wedding(not disney) we would love a rough idea how we stand.

2nd my stupid son(16yrs) just gone and got a referrall order for small bladed article and affray the referall order will be over by time of visit.what really are the chances of him being granted a visa as again i want my son there to walk me down the aisle.

  1. Asked and answered already!  Sorry you don't want to hear bad news, but it is really poor planning on your part to schedule your wedding to a convicted criminal in a foreign country.  No convicted criminals!  It is a waste of your time and money to apply for visas when you already know they do not qualify.  You are not coming to the US, so make other arrangements at home for your wedding.
