hi its me asad munir well i applied for UK study visa in this september but i was refused bcz my uncle was out of the country when embassy had called him and now i dont want to waste time on appeal what should i do now?

  1. You can reapply but its better to apeal because it shows you geniuly wanted to study.

    the clearance officers are sometime overly strict than the immigration judges who get to hear appeals.

    if you apeal and the reasons of  apeal are very solid the clearance officer who refused your application might change his/her mind and give it to you. if not it will go to the uk and might take max 3months for the whole procces and you might be granted the visa in the end.

    if you dont want to wait for the 3months you can reapply but it will only be succesful  IF YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE CHANGED.say example your uncle is back in the country and talks to them about whatever they wanted to ask him.
