Uk:If you are a Costco card holder?

Question

how highly do you rate Costo, i have a card , but am not a business trader or anything, had a stroll in the Glasgow branch and wasn't impressed by prices,it was same priced items at Asda (for example) but sold in bigger packets and jars. Am I alone in my disappointment?

not really i was just as dissapointed, but the free samples are a big bonus, i go in when i'm hungry and fill up on all the free food samples lol

Hi asked a very similar question the other day, I wondered how business that use it as a wholesaler made any profit. I was quite impressed with it when it first opened (i use the MK one) I threw a party and it was good to be able to buy stuff in bulk, your right though a lot of the stuff isn't cheaper than the supermarkets. Plus when it opened the staff were really attentive, loaded up your trolley etc but since then they seem to have employed a load of foreign labour who couldn't care less. My main bug bear with the MK one is the way they check your trolley on the way out and match it up to your recite, I consider that pretty rude, dont you ?
