Is Ukraine an MEDC (more economically developed country)?

I think it is but just making sure

first - "more than what"?

Ukraine is a very economically developed country. Their wage levels are not as high as they coud be but overall the country is doing okay.

Ukraine had a GDP Purchasing Power of $320 Billion in 2007, and has been accepted as a full member of the World Trade Organization ahead of their neighbor Russia. Not bad for a country just a bit larger than the state of Texas.

So yes, I'd say Ukraine is economically developed.
