Does anyone know of any Ukrainian stereotypes? You know, Ukraine, the little country some-what next to Russia...

Doubt anyone's heard of it, but, if you have, yeah...

  1. they always eat salo. hate russians, and like to dance.

  2. know it alls, can't tell them anything because they already know

  3. They are like the Arabs in France, Mexicans in the US, Filipinos in HongKong, the North Koreans in China, basically people who do jobs nobody wants to do in Russia.

  4. Are you kidding? Of course i've heard about Ukraine. And a small country?! Than what can I say about mine? ;o) Anyhow, I've always had an opinion that Ukrainian people are very beautiful

    warm regards from Macedonia

  5. I am half Ukrainian my father was born there in 1920.

All I really know is from my family history. They seem like hard living people that aren't afaid of much.

I have met some people in Hungary that live in the Ukraine, they were very friendly.

Of course I did have some hard drinking and dance loving people in the family but that isn't just a Ukrainian thing, every culture has that as one of it's sterotypes.

My grandmother lost her arm at age 3 but went on to raise 9 children and come over to America in 1927   alone with just young kids with her. She wasn't afraid of anything.
