The Bayern Munich President has confessed doubting the abilities of the German international in the past, and now rates him as a key member of his squad.
Uli Hoeness believes that players like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Toni-Kroos-c35425 are extremely important in the squad if Bayern Munich want to overtake Barcelona as the number one team in Europe.
The President believes that the attacker has made rapid growth in his career, and has now become one of the best midfielders in the game. Hoeness admitted that the German international could not satisfy him with his abilities in
the early stages of his youth career, but he has undergone major development.
He has urged the youngster to continue playing in the same manner, and believes that Bayern can ill-afford to leave him out of the squad at any stage.
While talking to Kicker, Hoeness further mentioned:

Kroos emerged from Bayern’s youth system in 2007, and made his senior team debut the same year. However, the player was farmed out to Bayer Leverkusen in the 2009/10 season.
At Leverkusen, he was fortunate to play under the current Bayern manager, Jupp Heynckes, who played a huge role in his development as one of the best midfielders in the Bundesliga. 
Heynckes also showered praise on the talented youngster, and hopes to see him continuing his good form during the second-half of the ongoing campaign.
"He knows what he needs to work on with me. I know him, I know what he wants and what type of player he is." The manager concluded.
The winger-c*m midfielder has managed 62 league appearances for the Reds so far. His impressive performances for Die Bayern have linked him with a move to a host of European clubs including Real Madrid and Manchester United.
The midfielder will return to action in Bayern’s next league game against Borussia Monchengladbach on January 20.
