Are replacement parts available? How do I order them.

I Need the replacement coupler for the blender attatchment. I tried repair shops with no luck. I called the customer service center and got some fool who tried to sell me everything else from knife sets to air purifiers.I tried to explain that all I neede was this part and he just ignored me. HELP!
