Ultimate moment and design moment difference?

Hi what is the difference between ultimate moment and designed moment...plz also tell me any web site for structural analysis where these kind of thins explained in videos form

Ultimate moment is the CAPACITY of the section.  The DESIGN moment is what section must resist.  The design moment should be equal to or less than the ultimate moment.
