Ultra Suzi Star to shine like a diamond in the William Hill Supporting Racing Post TV Stakes at Newcastle
Newcastle will be hosting the Grade A2 William Hill Supporting Racing Post TV Stakes on 28th February, 2012. The race will cover a distance of480 meters and will award a purse of £112 to the first three runners who cross the wire.
The 6 hounds competing in this race are:
Daniels Baniel,
Ultra Suzi Star,
Vicarage Cruiser,
Gragane Girl,
Consistency, and
Roker Titan.
Ultra Suzi Star, daughter of Daves Mentor, and Swift Silver, is the race favourite despite her last place finish in the previous race.
She was baulked first in the Grade A1 William Hill Hotbox Bet Stakes, at Newcastle, on 22nd February, 2012 and could not keep up with the competition.
Trained by P. Rutherford, the hound secured a finish in the first place on 9th February, 2012, at the same racetrack. She defeated Cooladerry Wall by 7 lengths in 29.96 seconds.
Gragane Girl, daughter of Hondo Black, out of Sempers Girl, finished as a runner-up, on 18th February, 2012.
She was defeated by Offshore Port, in the Grade HP William Hill – The Home Of Betting, at Newcastle, by 3 ¼ lengths in 29.32 seconds.
Her recent performance was less impressive as the hound finished in 5th place in the Grade A1 William Hill – The Home Of Betting, at the same venue, on 22nd February, 2012.
Daniels Baniel, son of Bruce Ali, out of Hawks Delight, finished in third place in the Grade A1 Williamhill.com Stakes, at Newcastle, on 18th February, 2012.
Roker Titan has been securing fourth place finished in his last three races. His trainer, D. Spraggon is hoping that this consistency will end with this race.
The son of Westmead Hawk, out of Give Some More, finished in 4th place in the Grade A1 William Hill Hotbox Bet Stakes, at Newcastle, on 23rd February, 2012.
The speculation is that Ultra Suzi Star will emerge from this race as a victor. She has been performing well. Because of the large bets placed on her, she is the race favourite with odds of winning calculated as 2 to 1. Her performance is anxiously awaited by the punters, bookmakers, and her connections.
The second place is likely to be secured by Gragane Girl. Despite her average performance in her last race, she is popular among the bookies. Her winning odds have been calculated as 3 to 1.
Assuming the prediction is based purely on the betting forecast, it looks like Daniels Baniel and Roker Titan will be fighting for third place. Their odds of winning are 4 to 1. If they gather pace, they can overtake the predicted leaders and claim victory.
