Ultra viewsat box vs2000 froze

Question

my viewsat box froze. turned off from the back and turned it back on. when that happens it usually shows the word on then 0000 then its ready for update. this time it froze and we urned it off from the back and turned it back on. it went on then it showed 0000 for a sec then it froze on the word on. it wot turn on or off from the remote unless from the back. i tried to turn it off from the front insted of from the back it wot respond it stays on unless i turn it off from the back. when i turn it off from the back i goes off then i turn it back on it freezes again on the word on and no numbers.
