Ultrasonic mouse repellents effective?

I have recently discovered mice in my house. Do ultrasonic mouse repellers work for getting rid of mice, or are they solely a prevention? If they do get rid of mice, how effective are they?

i live on tree line and used to have field mice trying to get in brought a ultrasonic device haven't seen any mice plus its safe for kids and pets, paid about 70 bucks, i have two (2)

Sounds good.I heard that our hearing freaquency is the same as theirs,is that true? and can that damage our nervous system?

i have never seen one approved to use in restaurant or commercial ,FDA dosn't like them except they do have an  ultrasonic cleaning in hot alkaline machine i bet the mice dont like that much,

get a cat well they not FDA ether

Yes they do.  I live near a large field & was over run with then in the winter.  I got the ultrasonic Repellers 2 years ago & haven't had a mouse since.  xx
