You can't tell the gender from that picture.  It doesn't show what's between the legs.  Sorry.

It looks like a little boy to me

you can't tell from that!  It looks like your baby is only about 12 weeks old or so in that picture.  You can find out at your 20 weeks ultrasound.

Well since it isn't a between the legs shot.... My guess is boy. This is how my boys always sat. Good luck
